ONT Sequencing Service

 

 

Microsynth has followed the development of Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing technology from the beginning. Now, with the GridION and the new Q20+ kits at hand, we have developed the Full PlasmidSeq service for sequencing complete plasmids. With this technology, it is possible to deliver the closed-circle plasmid sequence including annotation from the raw sequencing reads. Since this application is very similar to Sanger sequencing applications, the service is located in this department. Further applications can be found in the NGS department.
