The Oligowizard advanced calculator provides an intuitive interface to calculate biophysical properties of nucleic acid sequences. The tool is able to process modified nucleic acids and mixmers with common 2’ Ribose modifications as well as both PO/PS backbones. You can calculate: Molecular Weight (DMT-ON/OFF), Molar Extinction Coefficient, Concentration, Theoretical Melting Temperature, GC Content, Inverse Complement
