Microsynth has followed the development of Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing technology from the beginning. Now, with the GridION and the new Q20+ kits at hand, we have developed the Full PlasmidSeq service for sequencing complete plasmids. With this technology, it is possible to deliver the closed-circle plasmid sequence including annotation from the raw sequencing reads.
